TBE Sequencing Buffer (10 X)
TBE Buffer is a concentrated buffer solution of Tris-Borate-EDTA in distilled/deionized water. TBE is ready-to-use as a 10X concentrate. When diluted, the 1X solution contains 0.089M Tris base, 0.089M boric acid (pH 8.3) and 2mM Na2EDTA.
